Repairs took place at the point somewhere in the middle of October and the staff changed, it simply became impossible to talk, they look crooked if something didn't fit and you try to return the goods. My wife tried to return my winter jacket, which I took home to try on in a calm environment, so the employee smeared it herself during the inspection and then, with a straight face, said that there were traces of socks, refused to take it back, all the arguments that you wiped it on the dirty floor were ignored. It's clear that there are cameras that they talk about every time you receive an item, but it was easier to pick up the jacket and make a refund through the office. Therefore, I recommend choosing another pick-up point, since there are plenty of them in the area where there is more space and you don't have to push in a cramped room and look at unhappy faces.
