The employee of the PVZ forced to repackage the rejected goods. This is despite the fact that the buyer is not only not obliged to do this, this is the work of the PVZ. But the PVZ also receives payment for repackaging. But sometimes the employees of the point simply tape the torn package, glue a new sticker and return the goods to the warehouse. The new package is not used, and the PVZ receives compensation for it. That is, this person not only did not repackage it in a new package for a refund, but forced the buyer to do so. Hopefully, Wildberries will discover this, and punish this hideously working PVZ for such a fictitious repackaging.
