Hello. I would like to inform you about the incorrect operation of the pick-up point. I placed an order with courier delivery. In one of the previous orders at the pick-up point, one product was not received, as the staff indicated that the shelf life had expired and issued a refund. However, the day before, I had already paid for the same product and arranged for its delivery by courier to my home. Despite the fact that the product was paid for and arranged for courier delivery, it was returned, the funds were refunded, and the entire courier delivery was canceled. Please explain the reason why not only the item with this product was canceled, but also the entire order for delivery by courier. Additionally, I consider it necessary to report the problematic behavior of the staff of this pick-up point, which I encounter repeatedly: • employees make incorrect comments about my orders; • employees incorrectly and inconsistently apply the rules related to the shelf life of orders (in other cases, expired goods were previously issued); • when requesting technical assistance, one of the employees tried to pick up my phone and perform actions related to entering bank data, which I consider unacceptable and unsafe. I ask you to consider this situation, provide explanations on the cancellation of my order and pay attention to the work of the staff of the specified pick-up point.
