Thank you for this pick-up point, it's wonderful that it's located in the center of the DSK, it's very convenient to enter it on the way home. Unfortunately, there is a high turnover of personnel at the pick-up point, either because of the large turnover of goods or because of low wages. But the staff is attentive and issues orders as quickly as possible, there have never been any conflicts or any unpleasant situations. Recently, ozone became a neighbor of the World Bank. And now WB is on the right of the entrance, and OZON is on the left. But there are not enough staff, and the employee is one for two points.

In my opinion, the best WB point in our area at the moment. It's spacious. Carefully. Clear. The girls are smart, always a calm and friendly environment. And the work schedule is excellent.

The pick-up point is well located, but the day I went there, I was greeted by a very disgusting employee who was on the phone with her friend all the time (discussing her new boyfriend)I was hiding behind the curtains, and there was a feeling that there was a self-service mode at this point, I don't really like to leave negative reviews, but in this case, it's just unpleasant the attitude of an employee towards customers, as for the atmosphere, there is also something to poke at, on this day it was, frankly, a mess, there were somethese are boxes and pieces of cardboard, although the OZON territory is literally two steps away, where everything was cleaned and clean. If you replace the employee with a cleaner one, then I think it would be a great point for this area, because service is one of the important marketing factors.
