Finally, our pick-up point has opened. A spacious, bright, clean place. Neat item, 3 fitting rooms, everything is brand new, pleasant to the eye. It's even decorated with artificial flowers, and there's a bowl of sweets on the table. We have already picked up our orders twice, everything went well. I can't say anything about the employees, as in the other review, since the contact was minimal, but adequate for my case.

I'm just shocked by the employee of this PVZ. Not only that, not a word "hello", not a word "here are your goods", at least to understand - all this or not all. When asked where such rudeness comes from, the very bold and audacious answer is "you didn't say hello yourself," "why should I say hello to you," "you came to MY office, you should say hello." I don't know the name of this lady, of course, she didn't mention it. There is no identification by means of a badge with a name or at least some kind of WB logo to understand whether this is a specialist or a person in line. And, of course, there was no comment book. And, of course, there were no words of apology. The service is disgusting, it's a pity that you can't give 0 stars. What actions are you doing as a service
