They don't work out their time. The point is open until 21:00. Yesterday (09/15/2025) my girlfriend came to pick up the order, which she was really waiting for, at 20:30 (she couldn't before because of work). There was a sign on the door saying "break 15 minutes" and the door was closed, with people (customers) inside. She knocked, and a "man" came out and told her to come back tomorrow, saying they wouldn't make it in time today. I could have done it in half an hour, though. Closing the doors of the pick-up point half an hour before the end of its work is already too much.

It's not a bad pick-up point, but: 1. There are always long queues 2. I'm not an expert, so I apologize in advance if I'm wrong, but it seemed to me that it took longer for goods to arrive at this pick-up point than at the others... I waited about a month once
