I like the pick-up point itself, it's located near the house, it's fast and exciting, I've always liked the staff at this point, but on August 8, 20025, I came to the pick-up point and there was utter horror, there was a male employee in the area from 17:00-18:00, throwing orders, and so on. I had things in the packages that are quite fragile. He also scattered boxes in the warehouse and other people's parcels. Yes, I understand there may have been a blockage, but when I went in on other days and there were other employees and there was a real blockage, they didn't behave like that.

Прекрасный пункт выдачи и отличные сотрудники , действительно стараются, всегда здороваются, даже во время завалов,уважительно себя ведут даже с сложными клиентами. Предупреждают о заводской упаковке и что при ее вскрытие возврат только через продавца. Всегда чисто,очереди обслуживают довольно быстро.

The most important thing is missing - professionalism and the desire to develop the network, customers come from outside the network, but the service is disgusting.
