Incompetent, rude employees. They roll their eyes, sigh, raise their voice, and can't answer questions properly. Such specialists simply cannot work with people. There was no information on the website that the product could not be opened or that it was irrevocable. According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus on consumer protection, sanitary products can be handed over or discarded, they require verification, as they may not fit. The employee did not notify that the goods could not be opened due to the factory packaging (other cranbooks had already been ordered with verification and there were no questions with the refusal), she said only after opening that she needed to be redeemed. They didn't want to call the manager to resolve the issue and give a clear answer on how to act in this situation, but eventually they got through to the management and accepted the goods for return. It was possible to just apologize and resolve the issue peacefully, rather than create a scandal. Please train the staff in some kind of ethics.

Incompetent employees work in this PVZ (especially the girl with black hair), they are rude, they sit with dissatisfied faces, they try in every possible way to hurt the client. It is urgently necessary to change staff, as customers leave dissatisfied and upset. You need to be a professional in this service area.

I ordered a glass teapot from another city, but the product was not paid for. My aunt came to pick him up and found a marriage on the spot, the employee insisted that we need to take him home and arrange a return from home. The application says that a refund is needed only if we have taken the goods home. It's just that they tried to push us into a marriage that would definitely not be approved of from home!!! At the same time, she did not record in any way that the product was defective. Just like a fool! After numerous arguments on the phone, she miraculously cancelled the goods at the pick-up point, as we refused to take them home!!
