Professional employees??? Sure. Your professional employees are closing cells that have not yet been confirmed for closure. A not very pleasant situation occurred, which affected the employee's opinion of his ability to work. The employee closed the box without waiting for confirmation that I was picking up the order, there were 2 items in the order that needed to be returned. One item that I did not want to withdraw cannot be refunded, I left a request for a refund. The refund was refused. The thing didn't fit the size. The employee didn't even deign to apologize for the situation. Consider the employees you have hired.
