Народу много, продавцам нет чтобы быстрее отпустить покупателей разбирают, товар, складывают коробки, могут выйти покурить.

Это относится не только к этому пункту, но и к ВБ полностью. Участились случаи подмены товаров на складе, вместо купальника пришли детские трусы. Платье пришло с дыркой, замечено в примерочной, но ПВЗ сказали возврат только через заявку по браку. Продавец упорно не отвечает, претензии то же ничего не дают. Кивают друг на друга и никто ни за что не отвечает...
