I picked up the order today. 7 positions were ready to be issued and I took them away, and the eighth was on unloading. Now I'm looking at my personal account and the eighth position is already in the "received". How? I did not receive this product! To continue the story... The next day I came to the pick-up point to sort it out. The girl who was working that day assumed that the unloading and receipt coincided in time and that's why it happened. However, later it turned out that the unloading was at 19.31, and I received my orders at 19.51. The girl searched the warehouse on the shelf with the cell number for which the order was accepted and did not find it there. She called her partner and she assumed that I had picked up the goods right away. After my reply that there was no such thing, I asked to watch the video from the surveillance camera. All this time, the girl's partner, who was working that day, was in touch with her. After the second visit to the warehouse, my order was quickly found... The situation is so-so... I don't even know how to evaluate it. By the way, the product was paid for by me immediately upon ordering.
