Also, my product was stolen by another customer (the product was paid for), the product was on the order desk under the control of a dining employee! I was in the fitting room at that moment! The analysis of the current situation was refused! The director of this department was notified, but did not take any action! They refused to show the video recordings from the cameras, I highly do not recommend this pick-up point!! Constantly dirty, littered with empty boxes

I express my dissatisfaction with the attitude of one of the employees. In the course of communication, he switched to "you", ignoring the accepted norms of subordination. This caused negative emotions and created an impression of unprofessionalism. In addition, when visiting the store 6 minutes before closing, I was denied service with the reason for the program not working. I understand that closing the pick–up point is a crucial moment, but it is important to remember the value of each customer and providing high-quality service before closing.
