Hello, on April 18 at 16:30, when picking up the goods, the delivery officer pressed the button to pay for the goods in advance, and in fact we have a refusal of the goods. The employee admitted his guilt, but did not introduce himself to fix the error, he said that this was the disclosure of personal information, but again, if he is at work, then the name is not only personal information, but data for interaction! Please consider the owner of the PV. A nearby employee helped to send an error request to the seller - respect for him. The WB employee does not have a name badge. There are also female strangers at the counter, who are unlikely to belong to this legal entity, judging by their age and occupation at the pick-up point, which is also an administrative violation in the form of draining personal data of clients for unauthorized persons behind the pick-up counter. There is no buyer's corner at the pick-up point. The product is relatively not very comfortable at the price to just forget about this situation. If the seller does not approve, we will decide through official inquiries to the pick-up point. If the owner of the item is reading, then let him contact the BOS. There was also a personal call from an employee, so the owner (legal entity) is aware. Thanks for attention.
