This is a really outrageous situation. The order pick-up point must comply with sanitary standards, and the actions of employees should not resemble extortion. The essence of the claim: 1. Violation of sanitary standards: The room is in poor condition ("like a barn"). There is always sand and debris in the fitting rooms. Cleaning, apparently, is not carried out, which makes it impossible to try things on cleanly. 2. Improper appearance and actions of the staff: Consultants work without identification badges. The employee who issues the shoes has unkempt hands (long/dirty nails), with which he personally causes mechanical damage (scratches) to the product during opening or inspection. 3. Abuse of authority and pressure on the client: After the employee damages the product himself, he forces me to buy it back, motivated by fear of monetary deductions from his salary. Any speck of dust or natural inspection of the product is interpreted by the staff as "damage" or "marriage" on the part of the client. 4. Damage to the product: Due to dirt in the fitting area, any shoes get dirty immediately after fitting, after which the staff refuses to accept their return, fixing the "defect". Requirements: , To check compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards at this address. Require employees to wear badges for identification. To instruct about the inadmissibility of pressure on customers and damage to goods by employees. Take disciplinary action against those responsible.

Shit on the punch all the time, sometimes the boxes are empty and no one cleans them, as well as bags full of garbage right in the hall. The staff is polite, but the goods are not sent for return, but they are taken away and money is withdrawn from them, and when you contact them, they say that they were taken away and we do not have your goods (I did not take the goods, but the money was withdrawn). It can take a long time to find a product.

On 11/23, 19:50-20:30, a not very pleasant situation occurred.The girl was looking for an order for a very long time (Dark-haired with long hair) (as a result, they blamed everything on another employee). After 20-25 minutes, a second blonde girl came to her rescue. The second girl had already solved the whole situation with the order, the queue was 10-12 people.BUT that's not the problem, losing something or putting it in the wrong place is a human factor.But psychos, bullying and rudeness from the first girl is disrespectful to people and work.Why go to work if you don't want to work?The whole queue was shocked by the mats.There is dirt in the PVZ itself, full of trash cans in the booths (not an isolated case) The blonde girl did well, she solved the problem without being rude or swearing, she was very nice. Sincerely sorry for the owners!
