Disgusting PVZ. I have always been going to one for many years now, as there is perfect service, courteous staff and there are no technical interruptions. I came to the PVZ near the house today, I decided to try to order here. I arrived at 3:43 p.m. and immediately got a question: Will you be able to try it on before the technical break? There's nothing written anywhere except on the door about your technical breaks, why should I stand and wait? Naturally, I didn't have time to try everything on and gave up my things and will never go here again. If you enter your breaks, be kind to introduce in Google and Yandex maps, but also within the app in schedule item issue. A whole list of hanging breaks. For some reason, other PVZS work according to the schedule from 10:00 to 21:00.

The worst PVZ, there is little space, there are always a lot of people, there are always technical interruptions (there is no such thing anywhere), the staff are rude, they are forced to make a refund through the seller and pay for the goods because of every little thing. Even when I wasn't unpacking, I still couldn't prove anything to them. This is the first time I've seen such a non-customer orientation. Even though this PVZ is near the house, I go to another more pleasant point.
