Never order here if you value your time and nerves! One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. It takes an infinitely long time to deliver an order, deadlines are constantly being disrupted, and the support service simply ignores all questions. When the parcel finally arrives three months later, it turns out that the shelf life of the goods is already on the verge (or even expired). And the "best part" is that the company doesn't even think about compensating for the damage! I advise you to run away from them. Save money, time and effort by choosing more responsible suppliers.

My order had been in progress for almost a month, and all this time I had to regularly check where it was and why it was taking so long. Unfortunately, the experience was not the most successful. I think if you plan to order goods through Wildberidze, you should take into account possible delays and set additional time in advance, or choose other intermediaries. I hope the service will become more operational in the future. I'll give you two stars for the fact that the product arrived safe and sound.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Wildberidze team and leave an honest review. I know there's been a lot of negativity lately, but I don't think it's entirely deserved. Yes, there are force majeure situations in life. My situation is a clear confirmation of this. I was waiting for my order, placed back in March and April, which arrived only in July due to problems with customs. However, throughout this time, the Wildberidze team has always been in touch, promptly answered questions and helped in any way they could. It is clear that they take a responsible approach to their work. The main thing is that, despite the long delay, all my belongings arrived safely. I really appreciate that even in such difficult situations, the company does not abandon its customers. Wildberidze is not just a logistics organization, it's people who really solve problems. I recommend them and I think they are trustworthy.
