We visited the SPA with a friend. Both had a massage and spent 2 hours in the spa area and were delighted! The spa is in the center, convenient to get to. The receptionist is polite and friendly. I took a tour of the spa area and conducted a massage. Kristina, the massage therapist, knows her job. She worked her whole body very carefully and relaxed it so that she didn't want the massage to end. The spa area is clean, fresh, tidy. Baths warm up well. In Russian, you can steam yourself and then plunge into the font. There is a place to recover from soaring, comfortable wide beds are my favorite. The showers have all the necessary cosmetics: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Special thanks for the powerful hair dryers, curling iron and styler in the locker room. Visiting the SPA left only positive impressions! Recommend 👌

Unfortunately, we were unable to visit this spa complex. We booked an unlimited spa day for two three weeks before February 14th, we wanted to make a pleasant surprise for the holiday. A week after booking, their prices and rules changed, but in response to our direct question, the manager assured us: "Nothing has changed for you, don't worry." Imagine our surprise when they called us on February 13 and informed us that we had signed up... for one session from 11-15. It turned out that the manager had arbitrarily removed us from the evening slot without even informing us or offering an alternative. We were simply confronted with the fact, deprived of the opportunity to choose a convenient time. This attitude only causes disappointment, instead of smoothing out the situation, for example, by offering a discount on massage, the administrator left it "in a broken trough." As a result, I had to urgently change my plans and look for another place. I can't say anything about the spa space itself, but keep in mind this "customer orientation."
