We stayed at the hotel from May 15th to 21st. It was our first stay in a budget hotel. I was a little worried about the negative reviews. But upon arrival, the room was already prepared for us, everything was neat enough. The food is quite decent, a diverse range of meat, fish dishes, pastas, vegetables, fruits (we got into the strawberry season, there were a lot of them and of good quality, as well as medlars, oranges, apples, pears, bananas, grapefruit). Everything is plentiful. Alcohol is poured from bottles that are printed in front of you. The hotel's territory is fully occupied by swimming pools and that's it. But we didn't need it. We had a rest at the sea. It takes 5-7 minutes on foot to the sea, and there is also a shuttle service, but we never used it, because it was comfortable and not far away on foot. The beach bar is decent. You don't have to go to the main restaurant for lunch. Since pizza with a filling of your choice is prepared for you on the beach (very tasty), there were turkey skewers (juicy and tender), pasta, burgers, French fries, vegetables, fruits, olives, sauces. Ice cream for every taste is freely available at lunchtime. There are also 2 refrigerators with water, ayran and packaged and juices. The room is normal, everything is clean and tidy. Cleaning is also normal. In-room safe and mini bar (water, juices and soda) are free. On the third day of rest, they discovered that the air conditioner was not working. After the arrival of the technician, they informed the reception that the breakdown had not been fixed, and we had no problems replacing the room with the same one on the floor above. On the downside: there are no slippers and bathrobes, there will be nothing in the shower except shower gel, no shampoo, no balm. In the main restaurant, 2 melodies are played in a circle for breakfast, lunch and dinner, something like polka, but I would like to hear Turkish songs to complete the picture of relaxation. The evening animation is very mediocre. There was karaoke for two days in a row, such entertainment. In general, the hotel tries to make the tourist feel comfortable, the staff is friendly and unobtrusive. No one begs for tips, so it was always a pleasure to encourage the staff from the bottom of my heart. Vacationers are mostly Europeans. I give the hotel 5 stars in advance for their efforts and caring attitude towards vacationers. But there is something to work on.

There were no Russian speakers in the hotel on the day we were checked in. As for the cleaning, the next day, out of 6 towels handed in, we were given only 3 clean ones. And they were never reported. The floor is not cleaned, or it is cleaned only at personal request, washing plumbing, taking out garbage every day. The hammam and spa are located on the 2nd floor. you go down there, you will be greeted by a personality, an unpleasant appearance, you will definitely have to listen about the spa treatment program and the discount just for you and now. What you do: take the cards from the beach, bring them, give up everything, hand over the cards, get towels, and go either to the hammam (the hammam is located on the right side of the reception) or you go to the beach with these towels. On the 1st floor there is the main dining room, where the main breakfasts, lunches, dinners (night ones too) take place. As for the food, everything was delicious, sometimes you come across really dirty plates or dishes, and then in that case, well, you just don't take them. Waiters sometimes they approach you, it's probably at their discretion or workload. To get to the a la carte restaurant, you need to make an appointment there in advance, well, don't waste time at all, because there is no difference from what they give in the main dining room, they are not there, the service is very long. the food is heated in the microwave, it is also served for a long time, there is only one waiter working there. As for the snack bars, the bartenders work well. The alcohol of this hotel is not a drinking story. Either cocktails at the snack bar or beer. As for the beach, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach in a straight line, you leave the hotel, turn left, and walk in a straight line, there's a shuttle there, it runs according to schedule, even though we never used it with the kids, we just walked, it was fine with us. as soon as you enter the embankment, you can immediately see the beach of the hotel. Sun beds, there is a cafe on the territory of the bar. At lunchtime, you don't have to return to the hotel, but use the cafe. On the beach, the entrance to the sea is smooth, sandy, not deep. managers work on the beach, if you can call them that, they put things in order there, they do everything for the improvement of vacationers. As for animation, there is no animation at all, even though there is a sign saying that at the reception, you can find out everything, at the reception, no one knows anything, he says, look for animators, they will tell you everything, animators do not speak Russian, they only speak English, or there was not enough animation in German, even for the local Turks, their program is in English, which is very strange. For children, there is no animator at all, at all 0. The only thing that was interesting was one evening, a promo from Cappadocia arrived, huge balloons were inflated, there was a mini buffet, and it was very, very beautiful and worthy. Mostly evening animation, it's either live music, karaoke, or you're drinking there at the bar. The hotel itself is not a 5*, it's such a good 4-, if I may say so. The hotel does not provide anything in the room except disposable hats for shampooing, soap and cotton swabs and discs, everything else is yours. The work of the service managers is, so to speak, very weak, the cleaning manager is weak, the animation is weak, or even practically none. As a compliment, from the fact that we were given a terrible room, they promised to relocate, decorate and bring drinks. They resettled us, decorated us with a local bouquet of flowers, but we didn't bring any drinks. The pools are not heated, they are naturally heated. Operation of the water park: it only works for 2 hours, then a break, then another hour, or it may not work. In general, this is all at the discretion of the hotel administration. We had a UAI package, there is absolutely no difference between AI. One of the advantages: it's convenient to go anywhere else from the hotel, that is, if you want to go to Side, you can get to Dolmush in 10 minutes, or if you want to go to the shopping center in 15. The local guide, R., made a pleasant impression, and even helped resolve some issues within the hotel's communications. On vacation, I burst into tears from what was happening, and from the realization that they were trying to divorce you everywhere. The hotel does not create a desire to return.
