The staff has no ethics of sub-ordination, it feels like they were recruited from villages, the atmosphere of the establishment is lackluster, the food....if you can call it that, then it generally leaves much to be desired here (it's better to eat in the kaganate than here), teach the chefs how to cook, or better change them.
