I love this place, very nice staff and the cheapest and tastiest bubble tea in town, I hope the prices will never change. I go here more often than to any cafe, as soon as any penny appears, so I'm already a regular customer. pluses: + it's quite tasty (although creamy ice cream almost doesn't taste like cream) + AS affordable as possible, you can get ice cream in a cone and 0.5 rubles for exactly 1000 tenge. + youthfully hehe + generally smiling staff minuses: - very, VERY long wait (huge workload due to availability) - carelessness in cooking orders; out of ~ 15 times that I've been here, almost half of the orders have been confused: they will serve cold dough when I ask for hot, then add coconut when I ask without it and if you complain, they will add, "is this a big problem for you? I'll redo it for you, but it's taken away from the salaries of the employees" (no offense, dudes, I love you, but the mistakes of the employees are not our responsibility, the customers, we honestly pay for what we ask) - ❗🆘 lemon pits in lemonade fall even through a thin tube, almost choked 🆘❗ (please consider peeling lemons from pits) I won't stop coming here because of these disadvantages, of course, and you come, it's great here. but I ask the wedrink team to take my feedback into account, thank you)
