There is simply no customer orientation. I ordered wedding boutonnieres and they came to me with a marriage. I informed the administrator about this, they replied that they did not know how it happened and that they had never had such a thing. That's all. They didn't apologize in any way, didn't offer anything at all. We don't have much time and redoing it is not an option. We understand this ourselves, but we can't offer anything, it's like that. For a moment, boutonnieres are worth a lot. It's important to apologize in any service, but apparently they don't know about it here. Personally, I won't recommend you to anyone. I am very upset with the service
