To be honest, I have not seen such operators and employees worse than here in any country yet , employees are sleeping, barely walking, they would kick in the ass to speed up

They're cheating. They sell tariffs with 35 gigabytes, but in fact 12. I do not recommend buying SIM cards from this carrier.
