The service was disgusting, the funds were debited (despite the fact that I did not consent to auto-renewal), as soon as I contacted technical support, they said you turned on auto-renewal yourself, they will not refund anything.

I paid for an annual subscription as an individual. Later, the need for the service disappeared, and I asked for a refund for the unused subscription period. The company refused. Separately, it is unpleasant that some of the claimed functionality in my case did not work correctly or did not actually work as expected when paying for a subscription. That is, the service was purchased with the expectation of certain features, but in practice, not all of the declared ones were fully used. At the same time, instead of a normal customer-oriented solution, the company took a formal position: according to their rules, a refund is not provided. I consider this approach unacceptable. We are not talking about a refund for a period that has already passed, but about money for a future period during which I will not use the service. In fact, Wazzup24 offers the client to pay a year in advance, but if they refuse to continue using it, it withholds the entire amount, regardless of how long the subscription was actually used and how fully the stated features worked. If you are considering Wazzup24, I strongly do not recommend paying for a long-term subscription in advance. If circumstances change or there are problems with functionality, it may be extremely difficult to refund money for an unused period.
