We spent the New Year holidays with our family at this hotel, and I want to say that the hotel made a very pleasant impression: very tasty dishes, large portions, but if you order according to the menu! The breakfasts here are meager, for example, 1 fried egg, butter and jam, a piece of toast and a bowl of chickpeas. The egg is not fried, it is not tasty; tea and coffee are available, but it is important to understand that they carry sooooo long. If you have an excursion or plans for the time, you need to arrive in advance and it's not a fact that you will be served quickly. However, it's not fast everywhere here, it's normal. The staff is very helpful, they respond to any requests with a desire to help, which is very attractive. Especially the manager at the reception-he is ready to solve any question at the moment, for which I thank you very much, for the human attitude. The room is large and cozy with a view of the ocean, the balcony is huge, there is a place to dry things. The room is split, hot/cold,ceiling fan-everything is working. I highly recommend it for a relaxing family vacation, including with children.

A great place for a quiet, measured and relaxing holiday. The ocean and the beach are nearby, everything is clean, the waves are calm. The restaurant overlooks the ocean, delicious and satisfying, large portions. You can walk along the beach line and go out onto the street with cafes and souvenir shops. The villa's territory is small but cozy, and the room has everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful without any requests. I recommend.

We stayed in Sri Lanka from 03/15/26-03/24/26 at this hotel. Honestly, I don't understand why this hotel has such good reviews, there are a lot of disadvantages.. first of all, the bathroom was the most annoying, it was made as inconveniently and stupidly as possible. There is a window next to the shower, without curtains, and if someone walks from the neighbors on the balcony, then everything is perfectly visible. There is also an incomplete shower stall, but just a partition. Because of this, the entire bathroom is covered in water, it is impossible to walk in it, and besides, it is always very stuffy even with the window open. The hallway smells of something very unpleasant. Secondly, I didn't like the breakfasts, I attached an approximate breakfast every day in the photo, there is no buffet. One plate of which you don't eat enough, sometimes you can replace a bun or put fruit, and that's it. If you order from the menu, then everything is delicious. Thirdly, there is no daily cleaning, only sometimes an assistant comes to clean on demand. Fourth, there are ants crawling in the rooms, and they are everywhere. What I would like to note in the pros is the work of the staff, they are very nice and will always help in everything. The rooms also have a nice bed and good air conditioning. It is convenient that there are sun beds, and the hotel is located right on the 1st line. Probably that's all, the most important + and - I wrote.
