We've heard about this place for a long time, we decided to have breakfast here with a friend today. As soon as I entered, I was immediately surprised at how much the promotional videos differed from reality. The establishment has one large hall, sofas, chairs and tables that look very good on the outside. There is a large children's playroom where you can leave your child and have a quiet snack. I liked the pancakes and pancakes: satisfying and delicious. But: Some sofas are dirty and stained, as if someone walked on them in shoes; 👉 the coffee is tasteless, it resembles coffee from machines that are in shopping malls, but at the same time for the price of coffee from Starbucks. Coffee is served simply in a mug without a saucer, and the pattern on it resembles streaks rather than something specific. This can be seen in the photo for the review. 👉 Maintenance is at zero. We first approached the counter, we were asked to sit down and told at the counter no one would take the order. We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes, first for one waiter who brought the menu, and then for another 15 minutes to order. And this was in an almost empty hall, as about 3 out of 25 tables were occupied. There was an unpleasant smell of some kind of chemistry in the hall, which strongly and sharply gave off in the nose. I've been to this place once, the cafe is very cozy. The waffles are very tasty, especially with ice cream. I advise you to try it.

There's no way I'm going to this cafe anymore!!!!The service is zero-both in Waffles and in Zhekas, neither the waiters know how to serve correctly, nor the kitchen chefs shocked me at all!!!The girl is of course sweet and clever, she listened to all my "pretensions", but she is not sure what she Heard, and therefore took note of them and will continue to apply them!!After the accepted order, pancakes were brought to us-dessert, then the appliances, and after the drinks, how do you like it!!?And that's it! You may ask what shocked me about the chefs of the Zhekas kitchen, whoooo! Let's go at least by the fact that my simplest order "rustic breakfast" was prepared for almost half an hour, I'm hungry, I'm sitting and eating a pancake dessert with condensed milk and pistachios, and I killed my appetite!And about "happiness"-one of the chefs puts toasted bread in my mouth with his hands-aloooooo, sorry, but kitchen appliances like tongs are created for what!?The work of the Kitchen is visible and I was lucky enough to see it just at the moment when he performed this action!!!I came up and demanded that a replacement be made, at this time everything that should be hot or warm when serving eggs, sausages, potatoes cools down!!!!!They begin to complain, the sous chef tells the chefs to put on gloves!!!!Gloves, guys; there should just be clean hands and proper operation of the appliances (toasted bread is laid out on a plate with tongs, and then transferred to a tarekla for the guest), that's all!!!!"Clean hands" is the golden rule of doctors, chefs, and just all those who work in these wonderful professions providing safe nutrition or treatment!!! I ate "this jelly", well, what do I want to eat and.... I'm sure there will be angry comments like: "I want what I want, it's for you where it's not just a cafe, wipe your drool!"There is no pipe, is it really for you (I'm talking about the chefs of this institution and not only)it will not be pleasant to serve the dish correctly for your money, I also try to do everything according to san in my business.standards and not only!The money that I earned, I came and brought it to you at the place where you work!So I Will Not Bring Any Tenge To You Anymore!!!And the check amounted to an order of magnitude -10,500 tenge!!Yes, I was charged 500 for the service, but that's not what it's about!!!!! Have a nice day!! It's closed!!!
