I was building a gaming PC here. To understand, accept the order, say that everything is in stock, and then all the fun begins! The video card was canceled twice. I took it on the third attempt when it went up by 400 rubles. The ssd was canceled, it was necessary to take 60 rubles more expensive, the case was canceled a couple of times. Later, they picked up an analog, but not the form factor (a serious jamb of the manager, who assured that everything fits), cancellation of the keyboard, flash drives. And everything would be fine if they didn't say that everything was in stock and didn't cancel the day before delivery. A twofold impression remained from this office. I will not say that everything is completely bad, but we need to work on the remnants of the goods according to availability.

I bought a screwdriver, interskol da10/12V, it was delivered on time, but the original warranty card is not filled in. At home, I found that after switching from the second speed to the first, sometimes there is a crunch in the gearbox. I was refused to replace it under warranty. So their guarantee doesn't mean anything, it's just paper that can be thrown away.

I bought a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 Windforce OC 8G video card, they brought it on time, everything works fine. BUT: in the description there is a section "Scope of delivery", there are promised "1 collectible card, ...., 1 Velcro Velcro ROG, 1 thank-you card". There is none of this. It is, of course, not really necessary, but why write about what is not there?! In general, although there are no complaints about the map itself - "the sediment remained"
