The director of the company, Ilya, is a professional who has assembled an excellent team of specialists. Both at the design stage and during the construction process, every nuance was discussed and an informed and thoughtful solution was proposed. During the construction, at different stages, we had 5 teams working, and each of them knows their job. The guys are professionals, they worked clearly, quickly and harmoniously! Conscientious, honest, neat, quiet. We, a family with children, lived on the site in a guest house for most of the construction. There was no discomfort. Many neighbors came up and expressed surprise and admiration for the work of our builders. I would also like to note the excellent quality of the timber and all the material. We wish the entire WoodPlace team good health and further prosperity.

we cooperate with this company in the construction of a house for living using frame technology. Woodplace performed the pouring of the slab foundation onto the previously existing tape, as well as the production and installation of the frame and roof. I would especially like to note that it is possible to make a COMPLETE imitation of a beam even on long sections of the house thanks to solid 12-meter boards with a thickness of 40 mm. It is impossible to distinguish from glued beams, while the frame technology allows you to be more flexible with interior decoration. for other features / nuances: 1) the developer, based on his experience, gives useful advice, and which you don't even think about during construction 2) the deadlines for the construction stages are respected (I do not consider a delay of two days for violation :-) 3) the estimate approved for each stage does not increase during the work (at least before that, "enlargers" were regularly encountered. therefore, I was pleasantly surprised) 4) neat and polite employees - calculate the load-bearing structures, clean up after themselves and do not leave landfills, report on the stages of the work performed 5) payment terms - flexible there are no complaints about the quality of work as a result - I advise you and you need to cooperate

I would like to express my deep gratitude to WoodPlace for making our dream come true. The house was built using the "Warm Contour" technology. Of the projects presented on the website, my husband and I liked the New Era project the most. The exterior walls of the glued timber house were assembled by Sergey Shestak's wonderful team in one day. In the morning there was only a concrete slab, in the evening the walls of our house were completely assembled. The interior walls are framed with plasterboard cladding for combined finishing. All the guys who worked at our facility left a pleasant impression. Order was maintained at the facility. If all is well, we will celebrate the New Year within the walls of our new home. Thanks to everyone who participated in the realization of our dream.
