Terrible service. 3-4 windows are working. There are more than 20 people in the queue. Waiting for an appointment for more than an hour

The service of the bank's employees is good. Everything is clear and clear. Comfortable waiting areas. Management always goes to a meeting. But the administrator is a little incorrect. In my presence, he served a client with a spouse's card for a chocolate bar, without a power of attorney and passport.
