Не знаю, откуда здесь отзывы меньше 5*, но если я пришел сюда из-за выгоды, то ушел с выгодой и хорошим настроением, хотя от жары был измученный и усталый. Чистота, оперативность, заинтересованность, не буду выделять какого-то конкретного сотрудника. Потому что с одним попили кофе, с другим поболтали, с другим пошутили. Зашел в ВТБ однажды из-за нужды, а теперь пользуюсь этим банком, даже не смотря на выгодные кешбеки, накопительные счета, экосистему и так далее.

Очень разочарован работой отделения банка ВТБ в Луганске. В отделении работает всего три специалиста, из-за чего время ожидания достигает 1,5–2 часов. Это крайне неудобно и не соответствует современным стандартам обслуживания. Многие клиенты уходят недовольными, так как приходится долго ждать своей очереди, что создает большое неудобство и снижает комфорт обслуживания. Надеюсь, руководство обратит внимание на эту проблему и повысит качество сервиса.
