The service took a very long time, one of the two cash registers worked, then the second one closed, although the information does not indicate a technological break. We waited for at least one ticket office to open for more than 10 minutes.

I called to ask if there were dollars on sale - we don't give such information over the phone, I had to drive across town to find out that there were no dollars. But this is a problem for all banks, as well as a plus-minus rating for all banks. Apparently it's terribly classified information.
