One of the best bank branches in Donetsk, attentive and courteous staff, complement the positive feedback about themselves with a level of professionalism. The grocery selection is huge and is complemented by an excellent quality customer bank for individuals. It was a pleasure to serve and will continue to cooperate!

One of the first offices in the city, and therefore one of the most visited. There are always crowds of military personnel, the queue takes from 30 minutes to an hour. In general, the staff is competent and all issues are resolved on the spot.

I issued a children's card using the invitation link, the girl silently did her job, did not explain anything. When I asked questions about paid SMS, she said that the money would not be withdrawn, and later I found out that the paid service was not disabled. She didn't say that you need to install a PIN code in the application, so I had to go back. She did not ask if I needed an additional paid card that was glued to my phone, but simply gave it out and said that 199p would be charged, although I did not need it at all.
