There are no complaints about the bank's employees themselves, who work directly in the bank's building at 32A Sovetskaya St., specifically in our situation, everything is fine.But...!Department(specialists)in difficult credit situations, who only communicate by phone, the attitude is disgusting!There was no limit to my indignation and not only mine!The situation is as follows: my father received loans from VTB bank in the amount of about 6 thousand dollars, paid payments regularly, even more than those specified in the contract (360,000 rubles) in order to quickly close the loan.The loan under the agreement was taken out in February 2025.It so happened that my father died suddenly in August of the same year.My mother (spouse) inherited the loan.Counting on the fact that he would continue to pay as expected, but no ... they quickly called from the loan department and said that the heirs would close the loan almost the next day!When asked where this information is written in the contract, we were told, "but this is not in the contract, we are guided by the law in such cases."The most they can offer is an additionalagreement, that is, we had to close 18 thousand white rubles, and with an additional agreement it would be 45 thousand)))How do you like that?)Fortunately, we had the money and we closed the loan in one payment, but if a person does not have such an amount, he has to agree to these additional agreements and overpay more than twice!Shock!I consider customer loyalty to be at zero

I fell for the terms of the installment plan on the Turtle card. The installment plan was approved for only 615 rubles. At the same time, in order not to be charged 5 rubles per month for maintenance, it is necessary to have an average daily balance of 500 rubles on the card. And be sure to turn off the SMS notification, for another 5 rubles per month. So, think about it a few times before deciding to issue this card. I paid off the installment plan after 2 months and decided to cancel it altogether. After such an experience, the desire to contact this bank disappeared.

Unfortunately, I did not rate this bank. We took an installment payment in this bank from the store . When making an installment payment for a product, a bank employee tried to slip in an overdraft card (as a safety net for paying installments). When applying, I refused the card and said that I only needed an installment plan. Then there was the most interesting part. With early repayment, we receive messages with incorrect information about the main debt. When the main debt is fully closed, you need to go to the bank. Before closing the product, I asked the manager if I could pay with a card. They replied that yes, you can use any bank card. As a result, you cannot pay with another bank's card at a VTB branch (you can only use their card). Okay... We dealt with this situation (but the sediment remained.) Then after about a year and a half, I found out that they had issued an overdraft card to me, which I hadn't even seen in my eyes! To say that I was shocked is an understatement.

You can get a TURTLE installment card. 4 stars because the room itself is very small inside, there are very few places to sit down, sometimes you need to stand outside while other customers are being serviced at the bank. If you are on a car, then there is almost never any free space to park the car

Giving the client access to the WiFi network turned out to be an impossible task for the employees of the operating room, or it is a myth about Belarusian friendliness and responsiveness. Everyone remained indifferent, one of them tried to help, but to no avail. ATMs are working fine, people are not.I recommend that this department (completely) learn from the experience of Russians in terms of customer orientation.I visited this institution on 12/28.23 at 10.00.1 🌟 to an employee - she tried to take part in my problem, 1 ⭐️ to an ATM . The management of this department is kindly requested to respond to this review.

Plus bank installments for stores. It 's convenient . Minus is their lending policy, a loan at a high interest rate and plus there is a loan insurance , the amount is not small. Insurance may be beneficial to someone, but if you are planning a loan for a short period and a small amount, it is not profitable at all.

After all, the card was delayed by an ATM in the distance in Lazarevskoye.I was at the bank branch for 5 hours, the Administrator was talking to the hotlines via roaming, the bank advised me to take an electronic queue, and the bank staff seemed to be helping me, but one at a time. Then, through the electronic queue, I still thought about opening a new card in order to receive a money transfer from my spouse, because my card was left here at the ATM, but the employee issued a new VTB Russia card, copied my passport for a long time, filled it out, but it turned out that it was impossible to open the card on a Belarusian phone.Isn't this known in advance to the staff? What was all this done for?As a result; the card is in an ATM, I have no money, no way to receive a transfer from Belarus (we are clients of VTB Belarus)and the roaming limit was mentioned, but I did not receive any help from the staff. It's an outrage!That's what a dramatic situation can happen to guests on vacation, and if there was an employee at the ATMs, it might not have happened. Disgusting attitude towards customers, especially guests.I strongly advise against this institution!

Here it was necessary to stand in line for a specialist for 30 minutes and only then to the cashier, and after the specialist I still waited near the cashier until she brought my passport, an expense order for issuance and some kind of dirty notebook (as I understand it, a particularly important bank document) in which they took turns noting something.

If you refuse to use the imposed Turtle card, the deadline for closing the account, from which not a single penny was spent, is stretched to an incredible 10(!!!) days. Because of this delay, I did not receive a loan from another bank, because the "Turtle" is taken into account when calculating the client's solvency for the full amount regardless of the amounts spent (at least 1p, at least 2000 rubles - it is considered that the maximum possible amount has been spent)

I managed to stop by only two months later. Upon arrival, I found out that the refund amount is 15p less than originally stated. It turns out that not only did they report the overpayment only a year later (and all this time they "used" the money in circulation), they also charged me a fine, such as for storing this money (which began to accrue, as I understood, just a year after the overpayment). In general, the amount is small, but it was unpleasant and I felt cheated.

There are no questions for the specialists in the hall, everything is always polite, but the girls at the checkout are talking to something, they talk to "fuck off" when you ask any questions, they are constantly dissatisfied with something. In addition, to close the account on the Turtle card, it was necessary to wait 3 days. Then I call the bank to find out if the account is closed for sure, and find out that there is an overpayment, which no one even REPORTED! I had to go back to the bank in order to collect the overpayment and wait for the account to be closed after that for 7 whole days!!! I will never contact this bank again and will not advise anyone!

The bank has announced the Western Union money transfer service. In fact, no one wants to do this on the spot, or can't (VTB branch, Gomel, Sovetskaya). It would seem that this bank is not able to perform a simple financial transaction!!! The competence of the staff is at the lowest level.
