I do not know what kind of doctors there are, but I have encountered "good" service. My daughter has a 15-year-old TMJ, she called all the clinics in Grodno, no one wants to take it. I called the Voc, the administrator questioned me for a long time, clarified, and then made an appointment with a doctor, but warned me about the need for an image. You need to get a referral from your dentist and do it either only in Voka or at Lidskaya. I had to wait a month for an appointment. The child's mouth almost does not open, terrible pain. The pain syndrome was removed in pediatric dentistry and they were waiting for a doctor's appointment. The day before, they call from the Office to confirm the appointment, and 1.5 hours later they report that they are not taking children to the reception with dislocations. A MONTH! I was even looking forward to this consultation a little more. During this month, I could look for other doctors or join the waiting list of some other clinics outside Grodno. I'm angry at myself for trusting the administrator, and at the service of your clinic. I hope you'll be more attentive to other people. Prosperity Clinic, I've heard a lot of positive things about your ophthalmology. But train your people more carefully.
