I was in this hotel in early March, the rooms are very cold, if you do not turn on the air conditioner for warm mode, the shower cabin is of a strange design))) - without a door, which is not very convenient, the water flows into the vestibule. The staff doesn't really greet guests unless you greet them first. But, it is worth paying tribute-cleaning and linen change daily, varied breakfasts, buffet style

Everything was fine, but at the bar, one of the bartenders, Muhammad, spoiled the mood, which changed the overall impression of the hotel. The standard rooms are very small, and there is everything you need by 5-star standards. There was no water in some places, so I had to take a shower at the SPA. The breakfasts are top. The girls at the reception are very friendly and respond quickly to requests. A good SPA, the masters are average. They presented the symbol of Bukhara at the departure, a clay figurine of Khoja Nasreddin on a donkey, with apologies for the inconvenience associated with water. Overall, it's not a bad hotel.

The best place in the city! Delicious cuisine, reasonable prices, the staff is very polite and hospitable! Very clean, the pool with clean water, the temperature is comfortable! I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it. Thank you guys👍
