Относится к СНТ Турист. Поддерживается в работоспособном состоянии, но нуждается в текущем ремонте, да и выглядит довольно непрезентабельно.

Это водонапорная башня СНТ "ТУРИСТ". Никакого отношения к деревне Целеево не имеет.
