We traveled with Vneshinturist company, on the SW2 tour: Switzerland-Italy (second bus), from 12/13/2025 to 12/22/2025. The trip left extremely positive impressions. I would also like to mention the guide Svetlana, who is professional, attentive, knows how to keep a group, and provides information vividly and interestingly. Drivers Viktor and Andrey are true masters of their craft: reliable, calm, confident, and efficient, which is especially important on such a route. I was also pleased with the hotel stays: all the hotels were comfortable, and the breakfasts were literally "a feast for the whole world." We understand that there are different things in tours, so it's doubly gratifying that we were really lucky in this regard - there could have been very weak options, but here everything turned out to be on the level. The guides at the places of stay were also pleased — competent, knowledgeable, with a good presentation of the material. The tour program was rich and well organized, everything went smoothly and without unnecessary fuss. The tour left a feeling of thoughtfulness and high-quality work of the team. Thank you for a great trip. Overall, the group on the bus was great, although individuals sometimes gave groundless slack. Here, as a recommendation, is the phrase of V.V.Zhirinovsky: "Do not whine. Take everything normally, calmly. To wait for the worst, and when the worst does not come, to rejoice that it did not come." Thank you all so much for the tour, for the campaign, and for the memory filled with warm memories!

Такого откровенного безразличия, тупости в вопросах элементарной этики и каких-то норм менеджмента я не встречала никогда! Это просто каменный век в отношении продаж и ведения переговоров. Неуважение ни к чужим планам, ни ко времени потраченному на решение орг вопросов- просто про уважение к клиентам они вообще кажется не слышали. Ты уже в дороге, едешь подписывать договор а тебя просто посылают на все 4 стороны! Не предложив никакого решения, никакой альтернативы- ничего! Хамство, тупость, ограниченность - вот уровень их работы с клиентами. Даже если и возник форс мажор, что спорно и нужно проверять- предложите что-то, извинитесь за потраченное на вас время и ресурс. Там о таком и не слышали! Потрепали нервы, отфутболили и забыли- вот их проффесиональный подход!

I went on a tour with this tour operator on 01-09.05.2026 in the Alps of Switzerland and France. Everything is clear and understandable, which makes it possible to relax and trust the professionals. I can't help but mention the drivers who helped us a lot with our luggage, were polite and friendly. I travel a lot, but I have never seen such an attitude from drivers before. I would also like to mention Alexander, our escort. I do not know how he does it, but he is able to find the positive in every situation and direct people in the right direction. I wanted to listen to his stories non-stop, I admire his ability to bypass sharp corners and be so positive and kind. When choosing a travel agency, it is important to feel the professionalism and teamwork of the team in order to enjoy the surrounding beauty and not stress. This trip was exactly like that, thanks to a good organization and an excellent team of professionals.
