We stayed here for a vacation in Sukhum. A very nice place for a relaxing stay. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms have everything for a normal stay, everything matches the photos. It's not far to the sea, about 5 minutes on foot. The owner Marat left a very good impression. He met us from the border, helped us with the road and immediately guided us on all issues. Throughout the stay, you could safely ask for help if you needed anything. He always answered and helped to solve any questions. He also suggested good places to eat, where to go, and what to see. It was obvious that the man was really trying to make the guests feel comfortable. This was our first time in Abkhazia, so it was especially pleasant to meet such an attitude. Only positive impressions remained from the rest. If we go to Sukhum again, we will stop here again.

We had a vacation here with my wife for the first time, I really liked everything. The room was clean and cozy, the bed linen was fresh and clean, it was comfortable to sleep. It's close to the sea, just a few minutes on foot. I liked the food separately, the food is delicious, homemade, everything is fresh. We also went on an excursion to the Ritsa and waterfalls, the owner's brother drove us, showed us everything, and we were very pleased with the trip. In general, the rest turned out to be calm and pleasant, I did not want to leave.

I do not recommend this hotel! Firstly, the room was very dirty, no one came to clean for seven days!!! Secondly, the food was disgusting except for breakfast. The cutlets are made of something I don't understand, the vegetables are musty, the sausages are the cheapest, as well as in general all the products from which the guests are prepared. Thirdly, the constant imposition of our services, although we did not need them. There are a couple of advantages, the location is close to the sea and buses with trolleybuses travel quite often to the center. BUT! the last bus leaves at 18:15. Then it's just a taxi…
