Dear Director of Visa -2, have a conversation with the operators who answer the phone. Today 06.06.2023 at about 17:20 there was an Internet outage, when I called support, the girl did not finish listening to me, she hung up, I started calling back, but no one picked up the phone, there were just beeps, after I called again and then she answered and said: "I'm listening." I began to explain to her her behavior of communicating with clients, why they hung up without listening, to which she replied: "I got a call from Baikonurenergo, so I dropped it." Okay, the point is not even in it, lately you have some problems with the Internet. I have an online practice + diploma defense and when this happens, what should I do? I don't think the Institute cares about these problems and you can't prove to them that the Internet has disappeared because of Baikonurenergo.
