the products I purchased from Vivense with the order number 947208635811 have been delivered to me. Although I have also purchased installation service together with the products, I cannot reach any authorities for installation. Although I have repeatedly written to the WhatsApp line shared for communication purposes through the site where I shop online, I have not received any feedback about the installation. In addition, when I call the support lines on the site, I can't connect to an official no matter what dialing I do. I am currently experiencing serious victimization because of the nursery I bought with great enthusiasm for my child. Every day I ask, "When will my room be set up?" he asks, but I don't have an answer to give either. I would like to request that this victimization I have experienced be resolved urgently and that my party be contacted as soon as possible for assembly. I want this process not to be prolonged any longer and the problem to be solved as soon as possible.
