The dishes are also minimal - a pot and a frying pan, two plates with chipped edges, a toy knife, an old Wi-Fi password, no instructions for the TV, hot water in the kitchen flows into the drawer, there is no sound insulation - and the neighbors and the road are perfectly audible One of the advantages is the view from the window. These apartments really need a little care.
