I bought a new car at Chery Virage. Unfortunately, the pre-sale preparation turned out to be very weak. After receiving the car, problems were immediately discovered that should not be present on a new car. The tire pressure sensors were not correctly registered — an error appeared on the dashboard. When contacting, they first reported that the tire pressure sensor unit was allegedly defective and needed to be ordered. However, it later turned out that the unit itself was working properly. The real reason turned out to be something else: the wiring connector of the second lambda probe was damaged, and instead of a normal repair, it was simply wrapped with electrical tape and not properly secured. As a result, the chip fell on the exhaust manifold and began to melt from the temperature, which caused the CHECK ENGINE to catch fire. For a car with a mileage of only a few hundred kilometers, such things look very strange. It seems that the car was not properly checked before being delivered to the customer. Also, the sale procedure through the Mycar app was not fully completed. Only a week later, the manager wrote and said that he allegedly "forgot" to complete the registration. As a result, some of the problems had to be solved separately with an electrician and a new connector had to be ordered. I hope the dealer will pay attention to the quality of pre-sale preparation and organization of work, because such moments greatly spoil the impression of buying a new car.
