Then the employee Angela, who was immediately called by Eugene, also began to comment on the car wash (turn around and wash the car somewhere). In the process of an unpleasant conversation, it turned out that you can wash their car for as much as 10 rubles. As a customer, I have left thousands of rubles in this service, but I will never come here again. Does the customer service not include a polite offer to wash the car according to the price list upon arrival? The shame is simple. The service and attitude are at the level of a rural municipal tent, where you will be humiliated for your own money. You have lost a loyal regular customer. Although, judging by the behavior of the employees, the service absolutely does not care about this.
