I really enjoyed spending the evening here The interior is incredibly elegant and thoughtful down to the smallest detail. You can endlessly look at the paintings painted by the owner of the establishment, and in general everything around catches the eye)) You can feel the spirit of Van Gogh here, this whole atmosphere creates the feeling that you are inside a cozy French cafe. It is very beautiful, stylish and tasteful. I liked the food, there were a lot of original cocktails) well, for dessert there was a wonderful shu from the special menu for February 14th, very tasty, thank you.

Vincent restaurant is, without exaggeration, one of the most stylish and atmospheric places in Minsk. From the very first minute you get into a space where every detail is thought out: an exquisite interior, beautiful paintings, a stand for a bag. All the dishes we tried were fresh, beautifully served and balanced in taste. But the main opening of the evening was the mango dessert.The dessert was not cloying, very fresh and light.The service was excellent: attentive, polite and unobtrusive waiters who are well versed in the menu and can give a competent recommendation.

The food was delicious, the portions were good, the waiter was polite. I was pleasantly surprised that we were not just divided the bill, but even a pot of tea was divided into three. I'm absolutely thrilled! This place is out of competition in terms of sensations, quality of service and, of course, cuisine. From the very first minutes, I was struck by the cozy atmosphere: elegant interior, pleasant light and unobtrusive music. Together, they create the feeling of a special evening. The staff are real professionals: friendly, attentive and always ready to help with the selection of dishes. Each dish is a real work of art, and we were also surprised by the author's cocktails. I would especially like to mention onion soup and pasta with eel — perfectly cooked, harmonious taste and indescribable aroma! Special thanks for the atmosphere of comfort and care that is created here for the guests. I would certainly recommend Vincent to all those who appreciate good cuisine and excellent service. I want to leave my feedback about visiting this institution, maybe it will be useful to someone. I'm not a fan of writing reviews, I'm too lazy to do it, but apparently there's no other way. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday in a small circle (me and my husband)I really liked the interior from the photos. I booked the table I want in advance, but I didn't study the menu. In person, the interior is even more bright and beautiful, the paintings on the walls are gold frames, red masonry, we really liked the atmospheric place. The menu was brought to us and it turned out to be very meager, and moreover, it was very difficult to choose something from it. It simply does not indicate either the yield in grams of the dish, or the ingredients of this dish (and if a person is allergic to something?) We had to ask the waiter for all this information, but unfortunately she didn't have it. I asked about the fish dish, and they told me that the fish would be whole... but without bones. I was surprised, I asked again, as a result, they brought me only half of the fillet. The waiter did all this in such a way that, to be honest, she wanted to leave right away. The waiter thought that we would poke at the menu like at McDonald's without any questions) But I held on so as not to spoil my mood. My husband was generally hungry, he hadn't eaten all day from work. He ordered a dish like in kindergarten, chicken with mashed potatoes, so as not to make a mistake and not choose for a long time. The dishes arrived, everything looked delicious. The mashed chicken was in sauce and there were morel mushrooms around the edges of the plate. Literally immediately after eating, my husband felt sick, he said that he didn't feel well, his legs and head felt weak, and he felt sick. Poisoning. He got even worse that night. As a result, he vomited for three days and had no strength. Naturally, they began to think about what it could be.Well, we read about morel mushrooms on the Internet: They contain toxic substances of protein composition, which, once in the human body, can cause poisoning and even death. All morels and stitches contain helvellic acid, which causes severe poisoning. The lines contain a strong poison gyromitrin, which does not break down and does not turn into a decoction even with prolonged boiling. I strongly advise you not to take and eat such dishes in places unknown, unless you want to play roulette. And the interior is certainly beautiful. I will be glad if my review at least saves someone from such a condition and poisoning. Take care of yourself.

I arrived on time, was met by the hostess or the receptionist, sat at my table, handed the menu and went home. It took 20 minutes, and no one else came up to me during that time, so I sat there waiting for the waiter. When I ran out of patience, I went downstairs, got dressed, and told the hostess/receptionist that this was how she put me down, so I sat there for 20 minutes. I booked a table at a nearby restaurant and went to dinner in a bad mood. Yes, the interior is beautiful, but it takes more than 20 minutes to wait for the waiter... despite the fact that half of the place was empty I give a huge minus to this institution To come and take a couple of photos - yes, to have a delicious dinner - by.

We were with a friend at Vincent on Wednesday evening. We booked a table in advance, but as it turned out, there was no special need for this — there were few guests. It even surprised me.: I thought that the place was quite "instagrammable" and popular, and according to my logic there should be a full landing. But there were only a few couples and companies in the hall. Atmosphere. It's really pretty: lots of paintings, murals, stylized furniture, beautiful chandeliers. The interior is well thought out, there is something to see. Service. Not bad: unobtrusive, but not very informative. No negativity, but also no wow. Food and drinks. In general, it's good, but without strong impressions. I had carpacho with romiro and a bread plate with whipped butter — delicious and satisfying enough for a snack. For hot, orzo with stewed beef: the beef itself is excellent, but the orzo, for my taste, is overcooked — I would like more al dente. My friend took tartare and rigatoni — she liked everything, was satisfied with the dishes. From drinks: dark beer is good. The signature cocktails were not impressed: "Irises" seemed too sweet, "Cypresses" — with too much bitter. But this, of course, is a matter of taste. We haven't reached dessert yet. Prices. Higher than expected in terms of overall feelings from the kitchen and service. It cost about 130 rubles per person. Result. Rather no than yes, I'm unlikely to go again. The place is visually beautiful, but from the point of view of gastronomy it didn't catch on. If the picture and atmosphere are more important, you may like it, but if, like me, the taste is the priority, there are more interesting options.

Hello. We decided to go to this Wine shop with a friend, look at a new place, I didn't want to eat and ordered myself a cup of Americano, but my friend was hungry and ordered tuna tartare! I've known him in catering for a very long time, he's been working as a cook, if anything, his taste buds are fine, and here's the long-awaited wait, and they bring us this miracle on a plate! It looks terrible and not appetizing, just a dull gray color and watered in a circle like soy, possibly mixed with teriyaki! The view was terrible, it's a pity that I didn't take a picture!(( But they didn't even bother to add any bread, chaabatta or baguette when serving, even if you don't have any, at least tell them about it so that a person can immediately order bread for himself, how is it tar tar without bread? A friend ordered bread, they brought him a piece of baguette and just paid for it with a burner, the service is on the right level?!)) But the prices are simply atomic, this container without any bread is 35p by the way! A friend tried this gray tar tar, before they brought this paid piece of cheap baguette and was shocked, the tuna itself was spoiled and sour! They brought a baguette and he decided to try it with a baguette, it still seemed spoiled to him! And he asked me to try it, I was kind of scared at first, in the end I decided to help him and tried it: bottom line: the sauce was delicious, when you make the sauce and you get to the tuna, you realize that the fish is spoiled and I quickly spit it out into a napkin, but the disgusting taste haunted me for a long time! As a result, the waiter took this miracle container away, then he comes and says: the chef said that everything is fine with him, it's because of the sauce he tastes so good, maybe your receptors somehow didn't understand it, the two of us tell her that the fish is spoiled and how can you hide behind the sauce?! Now I'll tell you about myself, they brought me the most terrible Americano in my life! In summary, I will say this: my friend and I would not recommend this institution to anyone! The prices are not very high and the quality is just terrible, P.S. I don't understand where the institution has so many good reviews, because my friend could really be poisoned by this tartare!
