I don't recommend it. The photos do not correspond to reality, the conditions were unpleasantly surprised. We rented this manor for an informal meeting with colleagues. Initially, Pavel and I agreed that there would be 10 of us, 6 of whom would stay the night. The cost was 650 BYN, plus a security deposit of 200 BYN. We were warned that with an increase in the number of participants, an additional payment will be required — this is fair. Positive: 1) It was important for us to find an option near Minsk - that's all right, it's easy to get there. 2) Pavel went to meet them and quickly confirmed the reservation when many other locations were already occupied. But unfortunately, the advantages ended there. Minuses: 1) The discrepancy between photos and reality. The house turned out to be much more "tired" than in the photo. The overall atmosphere is far from the amount we paid. 2) Unexpected restrictions. On the day of arrival, an impressive list of conditions surfaced: you can only stay outside until 22:00; after 22:00, everyone who does not stay overnight must leave; you must wash the dishes (not a problem, but a fact). 3) There were no bed linen at all on two of the declared beds, and the cleanliness of the rest of the linen raised questions. 4) Financial surprises. As a result, there were 12 of us. We agreed in advance that everything would be correct: we paid an additional fee for 2 people (150 BYN), promised compliance with all the rules, and we would determine the overnight stay later in the evening. After 23:00, there were 9 people left, but only 4 could actually spend the night — two slept in the car, the rest just sat and waited for the morning. In the morning, it turned out that another 50 BYN was deducted from the insurance deposit of 200 BYN, allegedly "for the fact that more than 6 people spent the night." Although there was no damage, the trash was cleaned, the dishes were washed. Everything is correct on our part. There was no clear explanation. Result: Unfortunately, this was not the case when you can recommend a place to your friends or return by yourself. The estate is not worth the money, and the feeling of interacting with the owner has left an unpleasant aftertaste. ⚠️ I recommend that you definitely look at the house in person before booking — the reality can be very disappointing.
