We had a vacation in February 2026 The territory is small, two rabbits run, sometimes a monitor lizard passes) Everything is surrounded by greenery, very clean, every fallen leaf is cleaned every day. Calm music is playing. There are two pools, the water in them is the cleanest, I always swam in the morning and before that I saw how they cleaned every day. You can swim from morning to 10 p.m. There are not many rooms, some of the guests are at the ocean, some on excursions, the pool was almost always empty. The hotel is located between two cities: Hikkaduwa and Ambalangoda at the same distance, you can go both ways (10min by crazy bus). We took full board. The food is excellent, the portions are large, the dessert does not always fit anymore) If you go without food, you can order food from the menu or order delivery from the Simple restaurant. You can buy seafood and have it grilled for an additional fee. There is a small shop nearby. The beach is 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a part behind the reef, without waves. There aren't many people there, there are a few more in the evening and on weekends, locals come, but there is plenty of room to swim. Very beautiful views if you walk along the coast. The rooms are clean, cleaned, indicated once every three days, and so it was. The only thing is to bring soap with you, as there are no soap accessories, shampoo, or gel in the room. But I don't see a problem in this, I always take my own, we bought more soap). The hostess Elena is a wonderful person, she will tell you everything. Thank her for this corner of paradise. I really liked the hotel. The rest was a success.

Villa Boutique 96 is a great place for people who appreciate a calm, measured rest. They appreciate delicious food and hospitality. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, and one is quite large. The friendly hostess Elena cooks well. The fact that we only had dinner at her place speaks for itself. Fish, salads, sauces, soups, pancakes, porridge, juices, everything is just amazing! Elena gave us a guided tour on the second day, showed us where to buy fruits and tea. If you have any questions, please contact Elena. The room has a fumigator, a hairdryer, a first-aid kit and a repair kit at the reception. You need to bring your own soap dishes. Everything is nearby , Elena cooks herself and the choice of dishes is excellent) Everything is delicious) The territory is large and clean. Lots of plants) There are 2 pools. They have warm water, and we swam there at 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.) The room is gorgeous. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning and a fan. Although all the rooms were occupied, they were often alone in the villa, so everyone has their own rhythm) someone is in the city, someone is on a tour No fighting over sun beds) There is an ocean across the street from the hotel. The beach, which is safe due to the reef, is 10 minutes from the hotel) I have already recommended the villa to my friends and hope to return next year myself) There are still excursions and plans for further surfing
