Guest relationship lady Natia is amazing and helpful. I would recommend approaching her if you have any problems with the hotel. Food was nice. Negative side: the beach , it is the most dirtiest beach in the area and very far from the hotel.

We had a rest at Viking Garden on September 25. The hotel is good, it pulls its 4*. The hotel is clean, not noisy, there is a good Wi-Fi. It has its own territory with swimming pools, a small water slide, and a well-maintained garden. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, although the shower water was draining badly (there was a problem with the drain). The food was good, the menu was varied, we couldn't try everything during the week of our stay, we had delicious watermelons, but we had to hunt for peaches and apricots (we didn't spread much). Overall, everything is fine. The hotel is not located on the first line and has no access to the sea. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Viking Beach, a short 10-minute drive. The beach is not bad, there are a lot of sun beds. The entrance to the sea is gentle, but very rocky, with large slabs. We didn't like it and we walked to the sea for 10-15 minutes next to the hotel, across the street, to the beach of the Akra Kemer hotel. The shore is sandy, the entrance is shallow. We came to meet the dawn on the beach. The view is gorgeous at dawn. The hotel is located in the city, in a good location, with very beautiful views. It is very convenient to take walks around the city. There are many shops, pharmacies, and a market nearby. We enjoyed our vacation at Viking Garden, but I will add one negative that annoyed us. On the territory of the hotel, on the street, they smoke everywhere. As soon as you sit in the shade under an umbrella or a tree, someone will immediately sit next to you with a cigarette. And it doesn't matter what time of day it is. Only the lobby and inside the restaurant were smoke-free.
