It's a great place. I rented an apartment for a few days. The location is convenient, minibuses are nearby, there are cafes. It's quiet in the evening. If you are a lover of night parties, then you will be bored. But it's great to relax, the sea is not bad, there are places with sun beds, and just sand under the trees where you can sunbathe on your mat. The complex itself is comfortable, the territory is guarded, a clean pool with pleasant temperature water, there are sun beds (without mattresses). On the first floor of the complex there are laundries, coffee shops, a restaurant, vending machines with water, an administration to resolve issues of rent, payment for communal services (if you come for a long time), cleaning. There is always a guard on duty in the lobby. There are enough elevators, we didn't have to wait long. The views from the apartment are stunning (15th floor) - the sea, the embankment, the bay. In a word, relaxation. I recommend.

The condo is conveniently located on Jomtien, near transport, massage parlors, cafes, 7-11, etc. Nice guys work in the lobby. They are smiling and always ready to help. There's a wonderful laundry downstairs. Cafe by the pool. The pool itself is nice and big. His sunbeds are paid. The apartment was large, the renovation leaves much to be desired, it was done in the nineties. A good shower, air conditioning, clean bed and towels - what else do you need?)) The view from the balcony is beyond words, the Gulf of Thailand is beautiful!
