I applied to this service of VidolAuto LLC using a business card to digest the thresholds and rear arches with further full painting. Master Slava (I don't know his last name) came out to inspect the car. He said that everything could really be done and later announced the amount and deadline. I handed over the car on 11/13/2025. The deadline for full readiness was announced until the end of 2025 (I will give it back before the new year). It seemed strange that the documents for welding and painting were not made from VidolAuto LLC, where I applied, but from some IP Yarmosh A.S. At first everything went according to plan, the welding work was completed in two weeks with a photo and video report. Welding work was carried out by another master. And then the whole mess started!!! Slava said that he had moved the car for painting and would inform about the stages of work with photos and videos, and that was it. As time passed, I called him regularly, hung up the phone, but he didn't get in touch, no photos or videos of the work stages, and then he stupidly wrote back in the telegram that he had a problem with a previous order and needed to fix it, so the deadlines were shifting. Then the guaranteed deadline was announced, "I'll definitely give it back by Christmas." I've planned my business taking into account that I'll be on wheels after Christmas. Time passed and Slava did not get in touch again, then stupidly unsubscribed in a telegram that he had a problem with heating and needed another 7-10 days. After 7-10 days, absolutely nothing has changed. I had to go to this service myself, but there was no one there, and only through the window of the box, I saw that my car was standing, cleaned and THAT was IT!!! He also ignored my calls, then unsubscribed that he was ill and needed more time. As a result, the deadline was announced by February 1. And according to tradition, nothing has been done by this date. The calls also continued to be ignored. As a result, all this drudgery with ignoring and constant reasons and postponements lasted RIGHT UP TO MARCH 8th!!! That is, 4 MONTHS have passed since the car was delivered on 11/13/2025 until it was received!!! My plans, which I built based on each "guaranteed time from Fame," were constantly going down the drain. In general, the car is overcooked and painted, even without any claims to quality, except that they fucked up the whole interior and left me with enough flaws that I had to fix myself (not by painting!!!). He said you'd travel for a month, then bring the car in for polishing, but he won't get in touch again, and he's not going to do any polishing. That's the experience I had with this office. Master Slava IS THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNRELIABLE GUY!!! Work with the client is at zero. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUCH A MASTER TO ANYONE!!! I don't know how many people have faced a similar situation, but 4 months of waiting for a car and constantly pulling information is a tin can. Be sure to specify who will do it before handing over the car for painting (partial or full).
