My friends gave me a birthday certificate about a year ago, but for once they found the time and decided to book it. The website did not allow you to enter the certificate number, so we decided to book time by phone. The plans for the weekend are lined up, the girl and I are looking forward to riding for the first time. When we arrive at the place, we feel a slight jitters. We approach the board delivery desk and it turns out that we were not recorded.... At first, there were doubts that we had been recorded at the wrong location, but as it turned out later, we were not recorded at any of them. The operator on the phone could only tell his colleague: "the person was not recorded"; and there was no suggestion to solve the problem. Bottom line: the weekend is ruined, there is no mood, and the certificate that was given for his birthday will never be used, because there is no longer any trust in this organization:(
