All doctors and nurses smile, even when they are incredibly tired. My cat had cryptorchidism, they did all the tests and sent him for surgery. The cat was returned, he was still asleep, all the appointments were scheduled, they talked from a to z, they repeated everything 100 times. If something is wrong, you forgot something, you want to clarify, just call and they will explain everything to you without irritation, calmly and confidently. Injections are made as comfortable as possible, the cat does not have time to twitch, everything is ready. I'm afraid myself, and they offered to take me there and do it.
